External waterproofing – new build
Permanently waterproof below-ground walls of new buildings from the outside against soil moisture and water.
When is this the right solution?
In new buildings, the waterproofing of below-ground structures is applied from the outside before the excavation is backfilled. It protects basement walls and the connection to the floor slab against soil moisture and water – matched to the relevant load case.
The system build-up ranges from the cove and primer through the surface waterproofing to details, protection and drainage layers.
